Fairfax Hospital (ISCI Clinic-IFH Loudoun) is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant 1 to join the team. This role will be PRN, Day Shift from Monday – Friday.

Medical Assistant 1 Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks: check schedules, record vitals, assist with exams, collect specimens, administer injections, prepare patients, and relay instructions.
• Prepare for visits, organize medical records, and ensure all necessary information is available for providers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, set up instruments, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is functional.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff, participate in quality improvement activities, and adhere to safety protocols.

Additional Requirements

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, approximately 8 am - 5 pm.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year of clinical practice preferred.
