• Perform phlebotomy and basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Prepare patients for examinations and relay instructions to families.
• Handle clerical duties: medical records, referrals, and forms.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in exam rooms.
• Support quality improvement and participate in clinic huddles.
