  • Assisting providers during exams and minor procedures
  • Processing prior authorizations and transcribing provider notes
  • Maintaining smooth patient flow and delivering top-notch customer service
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines
What We Offer:

We believe that when we care for our team, they can better care for our patients. That’s why we offer a competitive benefits package that supports your personal and professional well-being:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) plan with generous company match
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health support
  • No nights or weekends – enjoy a healthy work-life balance!
  • A positive, team-driven workplace that values growth, learning, and collaboration
Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • You'll be part of a mission-driven team that truly changes lives
  • We embrace innovation and ongoing education, so you’ll always be growing
  • We cultivate a respectful, inclusive environment where your voice matters
  • Our leadership is committed to your long-term success and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies
  • Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
