• Returning patient calls and triaging phone calls
• Cleaning and reprocessing scopes
• Experience processing prescriptions
• Strong EMR documentation experience

MUST:

• Experienced Medical Assistant
• 2+years of experience working as a medical assistant
• Experience drawing blood
• Experience working in a high volume setting
• Experience rooming patients and obtaining vitals
• Assisting with exams and procedures and acting as a back up to the endoscopy tech
• Reviewing procedures with patients and preps prior to procedures
• Returning patients phone calls and triage phone calls
• Comfortable cleaning and respocessing scopes
• Experience processing prescriptions
• Must have strong experience documenting information in EMR

DUTIES:

The duties of the medical assistant include but are not limited to the following:

• Room patients
