Job summary

SOUTH SHORE ALLERGY & ASTHMA SPECI is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in South Weymouth, MA. You will provide direct patient care, assist with allergy testing and allergen immunotherapy, and support asthma management.

You will record patient information, maintain medical records, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care. Training will be provided for the asthma and allergy specialty.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for patient care.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHR systems.

Job description

This is a full time position M-F, no weekends. This is an on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in South Weymouth, MA. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering allergy test and allergen immunotherapy, assisting with asthma management, and educating patients about their conditions and treatment plans. The role also includes responsibilities such as recording patient information, maintaining medical records, and supporting physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering exceptional care.
