Job summary

Vein Clinics of America, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in West Palm Beach and Port St Lucie. You will greet patients, prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures, and manage scheduling and records.

This role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of experience; BLS is preferred. The position offers competitive pay, clinical training, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Schedule alternates between clinics with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable experience.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records.
• Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and in working order.
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care.
• Support the medical team with additional tasks as required.

Position Details

• Location: West Palm Beach and Port St Lucie clinics
• Schedule: Tuesday in West Palm, Friday in St Lucie, every other Monday in West Palm
• Compensation: $21-$25/hr based on experience and qualifications.
