Responsibilities

• Greeting and accompanying patients to examination room.
• ModMed EMR - Clinical entries.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms.
• Obtain patient medical history, medication and immunization records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, abiding by HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Prepare and assist with procedures and treatments as necessary.
• Perform sterilization techniques.
• Inventory of supplies and equipment; replace as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve team goals.
• Any additional duties necessary to run the office efficiently.

They manage the front desk and handle any necessary administrative duties to create a welcoming environment for a better patient experience. The MA will also prepare patients for their treatment and assist the doctor in providing clinical care.

Essential Functions, Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting and accompanying patients to examination room
• ModMed EMR - Clinical entries
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Obtain patient medical history, medication and immunization records

Physical Requirements:
