Carease Health - NJ is seeking a Medical Assistant (or CNA) to support our preventative care program in Voorhees Township, NJ. The role emphasizes RPM, CCM, and CoCM, with a high-volume clinic environment and a strong focus on patient well-being.

You will take vital signs, keep accurate patient records, collaborate with the clinical team, and deliver excellent customer service. A CMA certification and 2+ years of relevant experience are required; relocation is needed and weekdays only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification required.
• Valid Driver's License and relocation ability are required.
