Job summary

The Center for Interventional Pain & Spine is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform clinical duties under the supervision of a physician in a high-volume, patient-centered clinic. You will assist physicians in exam rooms, interview patients, measure vital signs, and document in the electronic medical record.

Additional duties include giving instructions to patients, accessing reports and labs, keeping exam rooms stocked, taking messages, and answering questions from patients, physicians, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Computer literacy; ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent; certified Medical Assistant or equivalent work experience preferred; computer literacy; ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and other physical tasks as needed.
• Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Monday to Friday. 7:45am - 4:30pm.

Education:

Experience:

Medical Assisting/Medical Office: 1 year (preferred).
