Job summary

Bay Area ENT Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to join our Texas City team. You will prep patient charts, support staff, track tests and labs, and help manage supplies and rooms to ensure smooth visits.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, plus familiarity with electronic health records. This is a full-time on-site position at our Texas City location.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience with electronic health records (ECW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations.
• Record vital signs and update medical histories.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Administer injections and medications as directed.

Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Medical Assistant with minimum 1 year experience to join our team in our Texas City Location! As a Medical Assistant, you will be preparing for each patient visit by preparing charts and pulling notes before their arrival, providing routine support alongside other medical staff, and assisting with keeping track of tests and lab reporting to ensure everything arrives on time and the patient is kept informed on their condition and care. You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines and testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience.

Responsibilities:
