• Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, with the ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive support to diverse patient populations.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in managing Medical Records, including accurate documentation, chart updates, and adherence to privacy and confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current certification or registration (such as CMA or RMA) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are beneficial.
• Prior experience in cardiology or another clinical specialty is an advantage but not required.
