Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant in Santa Ana, CA to support physicians in examinations and treatments. This contract-full-time position offers 40 hours per week at $24 per hour.

Responsibilities include clinical duties under supervision, handling basic clerical tasks, and maintaining patient communication. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, knowledge of medical terminology, and CPR certification if applicable; one year of relevant experience

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant responsible for performing duties under the direction of a physician to assist inthe examination and treatment of patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Good telephone communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical procedures
• Knowledge of clerical functions
• Current CPR card (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Relevant certification/ license if applicable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
