Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a bustling Gastroenterology practice in Raleigh, NC. The role features a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, Monday–Friday, with a temp-to-hire contract and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Room patients, assist providers, manage patient calls, and document in the EMR to ensure smooth clinic flow and excellent patient care. Prior Athenahealth experience is highly valued; MA certification is preferred but not required for seasoned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a busy clinic setting.
• Strong EMR and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills.
• Athenahealth experience highly preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification is preferred but NOT required for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities
