Job summary

Fountain Life in Orlando is seeking a Medical Assistant to support longevity physicians and care teams. Under physician supervision, you will collect and document patient information, assist in care delivery, and coordinate diagnostics with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will handle electronic health records, lab processes, medication requests, and patient communication across Zoom, email, and phone.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; CCMA/RMA preferred.
• 2 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or ambulatory setting.
• CCMA or RMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and filing of clinical records in the electronic health record.
• Assisting physician to capture and implement medical plans for members.
• Creating supplement orders through online dispensary.
• Management of prescription requests under the supervision of a physician and medication reconciliation.

Job description

The Medical Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and personalized care experience. Working directly under the supervision of a physician, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and communicating accurate patient information, assisting in care delivery, supporting diagnostics, and ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance. You will also coordinate patient requests, manage lab processes, and help ensure that every interaction reflects the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation and filing of clinical records in the electronic health record.
• Assisting physician to capture and implement medical plans for members.
• Creating supplement orders through online dispensary.
• Management of prescription requests under the supervision of a physician and medication reconciliation.
• Collection of results from diagnostic laboratory portals.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree, and must be a certified or registeredmedicalassistance

• CCMA or RMA preferred.
