Job summary

DOCS Health in Montana is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support weekend and on‑call mobile and fixed-clinic deployments for military partners.

You will perform phlebotomy, immunizations, EKGs, and vitals, while providing compassionate care in fast-paced environments and using electronic medical records.

Weekend availability is required; prior military or mobile medical services experience is preferred. Join a team delivering critical health readiness services.

Qualifications

• Certified or registered medical assistant or equivalent training from an accredited program.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum one year of experience preferred.
• Passionate, friendly, and caring.
• Experience with military settings preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Proficient with computer programs.
• Must have weekend availability.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Montana on an "as needed basis".

We Provide Health Readiness Services To Meet The Medical And Dental Requirements To Maintain a Deployable Military Force For The Following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements:

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
