Job summary

DOCS Health in Montana is seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant to support our mobile and fixed-clinic care network. This role focuses on weekend shifts with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis, assisting military service members with phlebotomy, immunizations, EKGs, and vital signs.

You will collaborate with a team of clinicians and logistics staff, following universal precautions and standard workflows, with opportunities in telemedicine deployments.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with accredited training.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience with military or mobile clinics preferred.

Job description

Attention all Medical Assistants we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Montana on an "as needed basis".

Requirements

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
