The Medical Assistant supports patients throughout their health center experience by providing compassionate clinical assistance, patient education, and administrative support. This position works closely with clinicians and other health center team members to prepare patients for visits, assist with examinations and procedures, perform laboratory testing, maintain accurate medical records, and help ensure visits move efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and comfortable discussing sensitive healthcare matters in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing high-quality reproductive healthcare and excellent patient service.

Qualified Associates who demonstrate fluency in a needed language, including Spanish, Nepali, or Somali depending on the geographic service area, may receive a $1.00-per-hour differential following successful completion of the language assessment.
