Job summary

Complete Healthcare is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative needs in our medical office. You will work with physicians, staff, and patients to provide compassionate care while helping keep the office running smoothly.

You will greet patients, record histories and vital signs, prepare exam rooms, manage records, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate EHR updates in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role preferred.
  • Ability to take and document vital signs and patient histories.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.
