Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington state is hiring a Medical Assistant–Certified (MA-C) to support clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will screen patients, take histories and vitals, and help with exams and procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include documenting quality measures in the EHR, administering medications and vaccines per protocol, coordinating labs and referrals, and delivering patient-centered care with the AIDET model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program.
• Current MA-C license (or MA-Interim with certification within 90 days).
• BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days).
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• May require travel to other clinic locations.

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Medical Assistant – Certified (MA-C)

The Medical Assistant–Certified (MA-C) supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. This role serves as a key member of the care team, assisting with patient intake, clinical quality measures, documentation, referrals, and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent care.
