Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role combines direct patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a positive patient experience and smooth office operations.

Job Location: Irvine, CA 92618. Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient admission and intake
• Record and document vital signs and medical history
• Prepare charts and assist with scheduling and phone calls
• Provide support during GI procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient service
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure excellent care

Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Strong administrative skills, including scheduling and documentation
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
