Job summary

ALLIANCE MEDICAL PARTNERS is seeking a dependable Medical Technician / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. Medical Assistant certification is not required, although prior medical assisting, patient care, or clinical experience is a plus.

This role works directly with patients and healthcare providers and may include preparing patients and equipment for testing, assisting with basic clinical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
• Excellent customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and setting up medical equipment.
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment, testing devices, and patient areas after use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Travel between Greater Houston — Central Houston, Cypress, Sugar Land & surrounding areas.
• Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems.
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing.
• Navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient charts.
• Communicate professionally with clinic staff, healthcare providers, patients, and internal team members.
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and maintain operational and patient-related information as appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties as needed.
• Travel between assigned clinic locations within the designated service area as needed.
