Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and setting up medical equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Travel between Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and surrounding areas.
• Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems.
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing.
• Navigate electronic health records and patient charts.
• Communicate professionally with clinic staff, healthcare providers, patients, and the team.
• Enter and organize operational and patient data in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties as needed.
• Travel between assigned clinic locations within the service area as required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, professional Medical Technician / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. Medical Assistant certification is not required, although previous medical assisting, patient care, or clinical experience is a plus.

This position works directly with patients and healthcare providers and may include preparing patients and equipment for testing, assisting with basic clinical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with patients, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional clinical environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment, testing devices, and patient areas after use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• May include travel between Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Lewisville, Flower Mound, the Mid-Cities area, and surrounding communities.
• Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing
• Accurately navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient charts
• Communicate professionally with clinic staff, healthcare providers, patients, and internal team members
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and maintain operational and patient-related information as appropriate
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties as needed
• Travel between assigned clinic locations within the designated service area as needed

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
