Job summary

ExperCARE is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant for a full-time role in a fast-paced community clinic. You will perform triage, vital signs, EKGs, venipuncture, injections, and assist providers with procedures, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have CMA certification or are eligible, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset. The position offers growth opportunities and a supportive work culture at ExperCARE.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability — days, evenings, and weekends.
• Certified or licensed (or eligible for certification/licensure).
• Ability to pass a background check at time of hire.
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage, vital signs, and patient history.
• Conduct EKGs and rapid lab testing.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections.
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care.
• Manage patient call-backs and provide education.
• Set up and assist with sterile procedures.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies.
• Support occupational medicine services (drug screens, breath alcohol testing, etc.).
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinic environment.
