What You'll Do:

• Greet and room patients, take vitals, and document medical history in the EHR
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain cleanliness, and ensure all supplies are stocked
• Assist providers during patient exams and procedures
• Support front office staff with scheduling and patient flow
• Provide clear instructions to patients about clinic policies and next steps
• Perform clerical tasks like answering phones, completing forms, and managing records
• Administer basic clinical screenings and immunizations
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
• Be a positive, proactive member of a collaborative care team

What We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Punjabi) strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
