Coastal Health is seeking a dependable Medical Assistant to join our orthopedic team in Florida. You will thrive in a busy medical office, work closely with patients, and float to multiple locations to support daily operations.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and excellent patient care. Prior MA experience is preferred, with orthopedic exposure considered a plus, and Athenahealth EMR familiarity is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.
• Orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (Athenahealth is a plus).

Mansioni

• Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical operations.
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and update medical histories.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Support patient flow and help keep appointments running efficiently.

Coastal Health is looking for a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing Orthopedic team! We are seeking someone who thrives in a busy medical office, enjoys working with patients, and is flexible and willing to float to all locations to support daily operations where needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and daily clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Orthopedic experience is a plus!
