ReforMedicine S.C. in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative workflows across Eau Claire, Lake Hallie, and Chippewa locations based on fit.

This fast-growing, direct-pay family practice and medical weight loss clinic emphasizes simple, transparent, patient-first care. You will room patients, take vitals, assist with exams, perform phlebotomy, injections, and immunizations, and help with front-desk tasks.

ReforMedicine is growing and redefining how healthcare is delivered. We are a direct pay family practice and medical weight loss clinic focused on simple, transparent, patient-first care. We are hiring a Medical Assistant to support our expanding team. Ideal candidates should be open to working across our Eau Claire, Lake Hallie, and Chippewa locations, with placement based on best fit.

What You’ll Do

• Support both clinical and administrative workflows to keep patient care efficient and high quality
• Room patients, collect vitals, and assist with exams and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy, lab processing, injections, and immunizations
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment
• Assist with medical weight loss services including body composition and patient tracking
• Support patient communication, scheduling, and front desk tasks as needed
• Travel between nearby clinic locations and occasional off-site events

Preferred

• Medical Assistant certification
