Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is hiring a Medical Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Columbus, OH, with weekday hours. You will welcome patients, room them, take vitals, review histories, perform blood draws, injections, and EKGs, and coordinate communications in EPIC.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of medical experience or relevant healthcare training; BLS/CPR is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of medical experience or relevant healthcare training.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Preferred certification and medical assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients for visits.
• Take patient vitals and review medical histories.
• Perform blood draws, injections, and EKGs.
• Communicate with patients using EPIC EMR.
• Support clinical team with routine tasks as needed.
