• If 4 days, float to north side offices Tuesday (Carmel or Fishers) and Wednesday-Friday in Carmel.

Responsibilities

• Enter visit information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Escort patients to exam rooms.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures and surgeries.
• Record and document patient history in charts.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and patient clinical questions.
• Review medical history and counsel patients on status and next steps.
• Explain/document laboratory and pathology results.
• Call in prescription refills.
• Explain procedures and treatments.
• Schedule appointments and urgent visits.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant // MA Primary Duties of a Medical Assistant:

• Enter information concerning visits in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Escorting patients to exam rooms.
