Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or patient-facing medical setting preferred.
• Ability to assist with procedures and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization; stay calm and solutions-focused.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technology.
• BLS, CMA, or phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support providers during consultations, treatments, and procedures including injectables and laser services.
• Prepare and restock treatment rooms daily for smooth clinic flow.
• Manage patient prep, documentation, and post-care guidance to improve satisfaction.
• Assist in reaching revenue goals and improving treatment efficiency.
• Educate patients during visits and create a welcoming, calming environment.
• Navigate scheduling, charting, payments, and other software with accuracy.
• Handle patient communications—calls, follow-ups, and general inquiries.
• Uphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Own

• Support providers during patient consultations, treatments, and procedures—including injectables and laser services

• Help drive provider performance by supporting revenue goals and treatment efficiency
• Educate patients throughout their visit, answering questions and creating a welcoming, calming environment
• Maintain accuracy while navigating scheduling, charting, payments, and other software systems
• Assist with patient communications—phone calls, treatment follow-up, and general questions
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards (OSHA & HIPAA)
• Actively participate in trainings, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
• Partner closely with the Practice Manager, Lead MA, and broader team to problem-solve, support patients, and ensure smooth daily operations

Compensation

• Base Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
• Earning Potential: $20.00-$28.90 per hour

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
