Job summary

Carease Health in Burlington, WI is seeking a reliable Medical Assistant or CMA to join our team. You will support preventative care programs, perform vital signs, and assist providers in a fast-paced setting, with RPM-based patient monitoring to promote proactive health management.

The role requires CMA certification, at least 2 years of MA/CNA experience, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work.

About the Role

Carease Health is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Burlington, WI! As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, utilizing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being.

Responsibilities
