LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD seeks a Medical Assistant under direct supervision of a physician to perform a variety of clinical responsibilities supporting examinations and treatments.
Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, performing functions to support hospital and departmental needs, and collaborating with staff to ensure efficient operations.
Preferred High School/GED and completion of Medical Assistant curriculum; Basic Life Support is required; experience is <1 year.
Summary: Under direct supervision of physician, performs a variety of clinical responsibilities to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. Performs other functions to support hospital and departmental requirements. Works proactively and in partnership with other staff contributing to effective operations. Delivers service in conjunction with the hospital's customer service standards and expectations.
