LifeBridge Health is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital and the Center for Breast Health at Carroll. The role involves clerical duties, patient greeting, scheduling, and assisting clinicians with vital signs and minor procedures.
Required: 2-4 years of experience, High School / GED preferred, and Basic Life Support certification.
Summary: Under minimal supervision, performs administrative and support duties for the Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest Hospital and community and at the Center for Breast Health at Carroll. including but not limited to all clerical office duties including composing and typing correspondence, relaying confidential information and implementing, maintaining and revising office systems.; greeting, registering, scheduling patients; assisting in preparation for patient appointments including obtaining records and assisting the doctor by taking vital signs and assisting in minor procedures; maintaining a therapeutic environment for patients, other duties as assigned to take care of whatever may need to be done to provide the highest level of customer service.
