Bookmark Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant to welcome and room patients with warmth, support providers during exams, and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR. The role includes vaccines administration under supervision, patient education support, and managing referrals and scheduling in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualified candidates will have accredited MA training or equivalent experience, MA certification (reimbursement possible), and a year of healthcare

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams.
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication.
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines.
