Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform duties under the direction of a physician to assist in the examination and treatment of patients. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good telephone communication, knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and clerical functions.

Preferred candidates have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program with certification, and at least one year of relevant experience.
