Job summary

The Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance is hiring a Medical Assistant for our Merrimack Valley practice, with offices in Andover and Haverhill, MA. The role supports physicians through patient intake, rooming, and minor procedures in a fast-paced orthopedics setting.

Candidates should have strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and willingness to travel between offices as needed. This is a full-time, in-person position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• CNA, LNA, or MA certification preferred.
• 1 year of medical terminology experience preferred.
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Medical Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Mobility Bone & Joint Institute, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, seeks to hire a full time Medical Assistant for our practice. MBJI is a 25+ provider, multi-specialty practice in the Merrimack Valley, with offices in Andover and Haverhill MA and Salem NH. The practice consists of orthopaedics, spine, rheumatology, interventional pain management, sports medicine and podiatry.

The Medical Assistant duties include, performing patient intake, outreach, authorization medications & refills, assisting in procedures, assisting in DME fittings, patient registration, phone support and other duties related to patient management in the practice. The practice uses Athena Clinicals. Being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Candidates must be able to travel between offices as needed.
