Are you looking for a full-time 1st shift position? Do you have at least 1-2 years of cleanroom/medical assembly experience? Do you have longevity in your previous roles? Do you enjoy working with your hands? Then you are the perfect candidate for a leading medical device company located in the North Metro! THE RIGHT STAFF is actively recruiting for several mid to high-level medical assemblers to join our client in Brooklyn Park.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous medical device assembly experience in a cleanroom environment
• Longevity in previous positions
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and rotate for 9 hours out of a 10-hour day
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1-2 years of medical device assembly or ISO Certified experience; in lieu, 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Working in a high-level cleanroom environment
• Understanding gowning procedures and PPE requirements
• Assembly and function testing of medical devices
• Standing, bending, and moving for entire shifts (8-10 hours)
• Use of lean/sit stools at workstations
• Flexibility to switch between workstations

Job Details:

• Contract-to-Hire, on-site in Brooklyn Park, MN
• 1st shift, full-time, Monday-Thursday (10-hour days), 5:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M., with mandatory overtime on Fridays (8 hours, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.)
• Pay: $19.80/hr
• Benefits include healthcare, vacation, and referral bonuses
