Are you looking for a full-time 1st shift position? Do you have at least 1-2 years of cleanroom/medical assembly experience? Do you value longevity in your previous roles? Do you enjoy working with your hands? Then you might be the perfect candidate for a leading medical device company located in the North Metro! THE RIGHT STAFF is actively recruiting for several mid to high level medical assemblers at our client in Brooklyn Park.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of medical device assembly experience in a cleanroom environment
• Proven longevity in previous positions
• Ability to stand, move, bend, and rotate for 9 hours of a 10-hour workday. No sitting required, although lean/sit stools are available.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1-2 years of medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience. Alternatively, 2-3 years of medical device assembly experience without a diploma.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in a high-level cleanroom environment
• Understand gowning procedures and PPE requirements for cleanroom safety
• Assemble and perform function testing of medical devices
• Stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Utilize available lean/sit stools at workstations
• Flex between different workstations as needed

JOB DETAILS:

• Contract-to-hire position
• On-site in Brooklyn Park, MN
• 1st Shift, full-time, Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, 5:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M., with 2 20-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch; mandatory overtime on Fridays, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.
• Pay: $19.80/hr
• Benefits include healthcare, vacation, and referral bonuses
