Job summary

Smart Resources Group in Sandy, UT is seeking entry-level workers for a 4-day workweek, earning $18.50 per hour from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with possible OT on Fridays. Training provided in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

You'll learn production and assembly skills, assemble and inspect small components, follow SOPs, use basic hand tools, check quality, and complete documentation while adhering to safety and cleanroom protocols.

Qualifications

• Dependable and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English.
• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive work.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small components.
• Follow written work instructions and SOPs.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment.
• Check parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures.
• Complete basic production documentation.
