Job summary

Medical Device Company in Sandy, Utah is seeking an entry-level General Assembler for a 12-month contract on a W2 basis. You will assemble, test, and package medical devices, following SOPs and quality guidelines in a 40-hour work week, first shift.

Required are a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly, plus strong communication, basic math, and the ability to read English and use basic measurement tools. Lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills understandable by co-workers and supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math.
• Ability to use measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Flexible hours and punctuality.

• Willingness to rotate into different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, manufacture, assemble, test and package medical devices per SOPs.
• Operate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot when needed.
• Conduct quality inspections on processing line per specifications.
