Job summary

Global Medical Response's Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. You will work with medical experts to transport patients and ensure aircraft readiness, regulatory compliance, and precise record keeping.

Benefits include a salary range of $97,634–$107,398 with a 10% geo modifier, a $15K sign-on bonus, on-duty housing, and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a team of medical experts safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate AEL and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change info to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
