Job summary

Global Medical Response’s REACH program seeks a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services for REACH customers, with a focus on safety.

The role offers a competitive salary with a 15% geo modifier, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses, plus on-duty housing and a 14 days on/14 days off schedule.

Responsibilities include transporting patients with medical teams, ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining records, coordinating with dispatch, and keeping certifications current.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 helicopter night hours
• 230 poundweight limit with flight gear

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with medical team to locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR/REACH requirements
• Maintain REACH regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift-change info to next pilot and team per REACH change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
