Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for a full-time role in Willits, CA. You will join a medical air transport team to move patients safely between locations, ensuring aircraft readiness and strict regulatory compliance.

The position requires 2,000 total flight hours, a FAA Commercial Rotorcraft certificate, rotorcraft instrument rating, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. On-duty housing and generous incentives accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate current.
• Total flight hours: 2,000 hours minimum.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely with medical team to locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR/REACH requirements, and cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and records; coordinate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to successor pilot and team following REACH change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
