Requirements include MD/DO or equivalent with 5+ years in Nursing/Public Health/Allied Health, strong clinical reasoning, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Medicine (MD/DO), Nursing, Public Health (MPH), Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health.
• Confident in clinical reasoning and explaining conclusions from evidence.
• Strong understanding of disease processes, patient care concepts, and medical terminology.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and careful fact-checking of medical content.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating prompts and expert responses across topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and improve AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies, validate reliability across use cases, and ensure patient safety.
