Job summary
Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the development and execution of content and training plans for the Medical Affairs (MA) team. The role ensures scientific resources and utilization strategies are in place, collaborating with MA management and cross-functional partners to support internal and external customers across obesity, diabetes, and related areas.
The position emphasizes timely medical updates, management of the Medical Slide Library, and mentorship of MA
Qualifications
- PharmD/PhD/MD-DO required with doctoral degree
- Experience in medical affairs or field medical roles preferred
- Strong scientific knowledge across therapeutic areas is essential
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison among FMA, TA and Medical Information departments
- Develop and implement training plans and resources for the FMA team
- Lead standardization and archiving of training materials and slide libraries
- Coordinate with medical directors to provide disease-state and product-specific support
- Prepare scientific content for advisory boards and updates ahead of data rollouts
