Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Medical Science Program Manager for the St. Paul, MN site (New Brighton) to lead Medical Affairs programs onsite.

This role focuses on Medical Information, Advisory Boards, and Investigator-Sponsored Studies, partnering with Regulatory, Clinical, Compliance, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient scientific information sharing. The position requires medical and scientific expertise, project leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Cath Lab Radiology Technology, Life Sciences, or health-related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4+ years in healthcare/medical device or biotech industry, with 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Information is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical US Medical Affairs projects from planning, through implementation, and completion.
• Oversee Medical Information processes, standards, and best practices; maintain databases and quarterly data reports.
• Support Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS) planning, execution, tracking, and governance.
• Coordinate Medical Advisory Board programs; manage timelines, logistics, and documentation.
