Job summary

The LoftMD is seeking an experienced RN or NP to join our growing medical aesthetics team in Maryland. This role requires hands-on aesthetics expertise, confident injector skills, and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN or NP license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience.
• Independent neurotoxin injection experience.
• Comfortable with consultations, facial assessment, and treatment planning.
• Laser or energy-based device experience preferred.
• Confident managing post-treatment care and adverse events.

Responsibilities

• Perform neurotoxin injections, laser and skin treatments.
• Conduct facial assessments and treatment planning with patients.
• Provide aesthetic consultations and educate patients on skin care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and team for protocols and patient care.

Job description

The LoftMD is looking for an experienced RN or NP to join our growing medical aesthetics team. This role is ideal for a provider with hands‑on aesthetics experience who is confident with injectables, laser, skin treatments, and patient consultations. We are open to one full‑time provider or two part‑time providers who can consistently cover our available schedule.

WHO WE ARE

The LoftMD is an open‑concept treatment space established in 2015 specializing in intentional aesthetics, advanced skincare, and self‑care.

Our medical aesthetics division offers neurotoxin, BBL laser, microneedling, wellness injections, and advanced skin treatments in a collaborative, education‑focused environment.

THE ROLE

Our Medical Aesthetics Providers perform a combination of:

• Neurotoxin injections
• BBL and laser treatments
• SkinPen microneedling
• Wellness boosters and IM injections
• HydraFacial
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Medical‑grade skincare consultations
• Aesthetic consultations and treatment planning

SCHEDULE

We are hiring for consistent weekly coverage during the following hours:

Tuesday: 12 PM–8 PM

Thursday: 12 PM–8 PM

Friday: 9 AM–3 PM

Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM

Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM

We are open to one provider covering the full schedule or two part‑time providers dividing the hours. Consistent weekly availability is required.

TRAINING + CLINICAL SUPPORT

Our providers work closely with our Medical Director, Dr. Paige Harrison, who oversees our clinical protocols and approach to patient care.

We provide thoughtful onboarding and hands‑on training with Dr. Harrison and experienced members of our team, along with continued investment in advanced education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Maryland RN or NP license
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on medical aesthetics experience
• Independent neurotoxin injection experience
• Comfortable with consultations, facial assessment, and treatment planning
• Laser or energy‑based device experience preferred
• Confident managing post‑treatment care and adverse events
• Knowledge of medical‑grade skincare preferred
• Professional, dependable, and warm with patients
• Passionate about continued learning and aesthetic medicine

COMPENSATION + PERKS

Hourly rate of $36-$45 per hour, based on experience
