Desired Qualifications

• Laser Certificate preferred; laser experience required.
• Graduate of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician Program required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics preferred.

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Cross‑sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual service goals.
• Willingness to promote services on personal and professional media platforms.
• Engage in community‑driven marketing events.
