Job summary

Synergy Face + Body in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Medical Aesthetics Laser Technician to join our expanding team inside the Beltline / Midtown.

You will perform cosmetic laser and injectable treatments under the Medical Director, with emphasis on patient consultations and personalized care plans, while pursuing ongoing professional development through AP Academy.

This role requires evenings and Saturdays, a strong client-service mindset, and teamwork in a fast-growing aesthetic network.

Qualifications

• Laser certificate preferred; laser experience required.
• Graduate of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician Program required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
• Evenings and Saturday availability

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following guidelines under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
• Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
• Willingness to promote services on personal and professional media platforms
