The Woodhouse Day Spa Holladay is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetics Injector (Nurse Practitioner) to lead treatments and grow the medical aesthetics program. The role offers flexible, part-time hours (~10 hours/week) as we expand this offering across the spa.

The ideal candidate will provide expert injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers), educate guests, and collaborate with spa leadership, estheticians, and concierge teams to build awareness and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Utah Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• 2–3+ years of neurotoxin and dermal filler injections experience.
• Deep understanding of facial anatomy and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and guest-centered approach.
• Interest in growing with a brand and contributing to program development and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Sculptra).
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with medical regulations and Woodhouse safety standards.
• Provide luxury guest experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Support program growth and cross-location training initiatives.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetics Injector (Nurse Practitioner) to lead treatments at the Woodhouse Day Spa Holladay. The role has flexible, part-time (~10 hours/week) hours as we grow this offering.

This is a unique opportunity to join early in a new, high-potential initiative within a respected local and national spa brand. There is potential to evolve this role into training and leadership across additional locations.

The ideal candidate will actively support the growth of the medical aesthetics business through guest education, relationship building, rebooking, internal referrals, events, and partnership with the spa team. This role will also require partnering with spa leadership, estheticians, and concierge teams to build awareness of medical aesthetics services and identify opportunities to support guests throughout their treatment journey.

Role Specifications

• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g. Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (e.g. Juvederm, Restylane), biostimulators (e.g. Radiesse, Sculptra) with precision and safety.
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with medical regulations and uphold the Woodhouse Spa standard of safety and care.
• Provide a luxury-level guest experience that builds trust, confidence and long-term relationships.
• Help shape the program through feedback, professionalism, and partnership as we expand the offering.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner in good standing in the state of Utah.
• 2–3+ years of experience performing neurotoxin and dermal filler injections in a medical aesthetics setting.
• Deep understanding of facial anatomy, safety protocols, and current industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a refined, guest-centered approach.
• Interest in growing with a brand and contributing to program development and future training initiatives.

Organizational Relationships

This position reports directly to the Spa General Manager.

Compensation

• $45–$65 per hour base, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonus potential.

Work Schedule

This role requires availability to work a schedule that accommodates the needs of the business that could consist of days, evenings, and/or weekends.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires physical strength to stand on feet for long hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
