Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery in Columbus, OH is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our growing team across CAPS locations. You will deliver professional skincare services in a medical aesthetics setting, collaborating with surgeons and wellness professionals to provide a luxe, patient-centered experience.

The ideal candidate has at least five years as a licensed esthetician, strong knowledge of skin health, medical-grade products, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician.
• Experience with medical aesthetics strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple CAPS locations and support a luxury patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer professional skincare treatments including chemical peels and advanced modalities.
• Provide facial massage and body treatments to promote skin health.
• Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and lifestyle habits.
• Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare products tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure sanitation standards.
